Right Click "Download" link.
From the menu click, Save Target As..
Save it to your desktop.
On your Blogger Dashboard, click Manage: Layout.
On Template Tab, click Edit HTML SubTab.
Backup your template by clicking Download Template.
Now click Browse.. & Select your new layout file.
Click Upload.
